Women’s work: Ceremonial Breathwork

Saturday 14th February | 6pm – 8:30pm
6/20 Hedland Place, Karratha – Ora Wellness Co.

A ceremonial breathwork experience for women weaving conscious breath, nervous system safety, and grounding ritual ~ including a nourishing shared meal and integration space.

An invitation…

Inviting you to a grounded space to see, sense and feel all that lies just beneath the surface of the ‘monkey mind’.

About the Experience

This ceremonial breathwork journey weaves together gentle, body-led breathing, deeper connected breath, and sacred space-holding.
It is not just about technique ~ it is about creating a container where your body feels safe enough to open, release, and reconnect with itself.

Each session is intentionally curated to support emotional release, deeper insight, and reconnection to the parts of self that may have been suppressed, forgotten, or longing to be witnessed. Through this reconnection, we begin to integrate and embody more of who we truly are ~ beyond conditioning and limiting beliefs.

This experience includes:

• Conscious connected breathwork for emotional release and insight
• Somatic guidance to support nervous system safety
• Ceremony to honour intention and deeper connection
• Nourishing shared meal to ground, restore, and integrate

If you feel a subtle pull towards this journey, trust that invitation.
This space has been divinely orchestrated for those meant to be here.

What to Expect

→ Opening circle and intention setting
→ Guided ceremonial breathwork journey
→ Somatic support and gentle facilitation throughout
→ Space for stillness and integration
→ Closing grounding practice
→ Shared nourishing soup and bread to support integration and connection

Everything is held with care, presence, and respect for your individual experience.

This Space Is For You If…

I hadn't done much yoga prior to attending this studio but the atmosphere was very inviting & informative on the teachers part. I have done a couple different classes at Ora now & I want to make it a regular thing as I feel like it’s a good way to check in with my body especially incorporating it with my weight training. I work FIFO, 4-5 week swings so Im often fatigued but this is a way of giving back to myself & it helps my sleep. Would love to do a breath work class or one of the special events they have. Highly recommend. 100%

I was visiting Karratha and I was encouraged to visit the Ora Wellness Centre for Yoga. I attended a Saturday morning class with Tayla and the Sunday Yin and Sound class with Tayla and Danni. I found that Tayla and Danni were extremely welcoming considering that I was joining the classes at short notice. Both Yoga sessions were well presented and provided a safe and motivating environment to work through a great range of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation activities. Many thanks

I have been doing restorative yoga every week on Wednesday night with Taylor for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it, it’s such a perfect reset for myself to do in the middle of the week, it gives me a chance to reflect on the week I have had but also realign myself both physically and mentally for the rest of the week to come, Taylor makes every class unique, from if it’s a different quote that she reads or an extra little exercise she will add to the practice, I always look forward to what unique session I will have with her. In regards to the studio itself it is beautiful and very welcoming, I have kept an eye on the many different events they organise throughout the year and I am very keen on delving deeper. I think if you after adding a new experience to your routine ora wellness is definitely something you should consider, it may not be something like one of the events they organise but just starting small with yoga, in saying that I would also recommend to try every type of yoga they facilitate as yoga has so many different variations, I have tried so many different forms and thought it wasn’t for me until I found restorative yoga, there is something truly magical about about it.
