Water of Release

Sunday 8th February| 5:30pm – 7:30pm
6/20 Hedland Place, Karratha – Ora Wellness Co.

A ceremonial gathering for women ~ a gentle evening of softening, release, and coming home to yourself.

An invitation

You are warmly invited into a gently held space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

This offering is for those craving rest, nervous system nourishment, and meaningful connection ~ a pause from the noise of daily life, and a return to the wisdom of the body.

You do not need experience.
You do not need to perform.
You simply need to arrive.

About the Experience

Water of Release is a two-hour ceremonial gathering for women, guided by the element of water and held with deep care.

This experience weaves together intentional ritual, journaling, guided meditation, and intuitively offered sound to support emotional cleansing and inner renewal. Rather than forcing release or retelling stories, you are gently supported to trust the body’s pace and honour what is naturally ready to soften and dissolve.

Silence, stillness, and rest are welcomed just as much as participation. Sharing is always optional. The space is held with presence, safety, and deep respect for each woman’s individual process.

If it feels aligned on the day, gentle sound from singing bowls may be offered to support grounding and integration. The ceremony closes with grounding herbal tea, allowing time for what has shifted to settle before returning to the outer world.

Many women leave feeling lighter, emotionally softened, clearer, and more deeply at home within themselves.

What to Expect

→ A calm, grounded arrival into sacred space
→ Gentle ritual and guided reflection
→Journaling and intuitive meditation
→ Space for silence, rest, or quiet integration
→ Optional sound support with singing bowls
→ Herbal tea to close and ground the experience

Everything is invitational. You are always free to rest or step out.

I hadn't done much yoga prior to attending this studio but the atmosphere was very inviting & informative on the teachers part. I have done a couple different classes at Ora now & I want to make it a regular thing as I feel like it’s a good way to check in with my body especially incorporating it with my weight training. I work FIFO, 4-5 week swings so Im often fatigued but this is a way of giving back to myself & it helps my sleep. Would love to do a breath work class or one of the special events they have. Highly recommend. 100%

I was visiting Karratha and I was encouraged to visit the Ora Wellness Centre for Yoga. I attended a Saturday morning class with Tayla and the Sunday Yin and Sound class with Tayla and Danni. I found that Tayla and Danni were extremely welcoming considering that I was joining the classes at short notice. Both Yoga sessions were well presented and provided a safe and motivating environment to work through a great range of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation activities. Many thanks

I have been doing restorative yoga every week on Wednesday night with Taylor for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it, it’s such a perfect reset for myself to do in the middle of the week, it gives me a chance to reflect on the week I have had but also realign myself both physically and mentally for the rest of the week to come, Taylor makes every class unique, from if it’s a different quote that she reads or an extra little exercise she will add to the practice, I always look forward to what unique session I will have with her. In regards to the studio itself it is beautiful and very welcoming, I have kept an eye on the many different events they organise throughout the year and I am very keen on delving deeper. I think if you after adding a new experience to your routine ora wellness is definitely something you should consider, it may not be something like one of the events they organise but just starting small with yoga, in saying that I would also recommend to try every type of yoga they facilitate as yoga has so many different variations, I have tried so many different forms and thought it wasn’t for me until I found restorative yoga, there is something truly magical about about it.
