Harlee Horomona
Founder
Breathwork Facilitator

Some words from Harlee:
Breathwork was the absolute game changer for me. This was the first time in my life where I was forced to take a long hard look at myself and face the person I was. And quite frankly, I was far from loving the person looking back. This led me on a journey of self discovery and accountability. I'm here today, sharing this medicine with anyone seeking serious changes within themselves and their lives.
Harlees’ specialty:
A combination of somatic breathwork and alignment techniques is my core focus. This is where I’m most passionate about effectively making radical changes in people’s lives.
What does self care mean to Harlee?
Self care for me is creating a daily devotional practice only for you. Creating so much spaciousness for yourself that it begins to feel stretchy... Then creating even MORE space for yourself. I believe the more we give to ourselves, the more we can give to others and other things in our life.
Three things you may not know about Harlee:
- I became a Mum at 17
- I have 16 siblings - 8 of us from the same parents!
- I am WA born

Some words from Rob:
Yoga has completely transformed my life. I have lived in severe pain and discomfort for many years with old injuries from work and sport that doctors have told me I will live with for the rest of my life. At one point I could barely get out of bed. Then I found yoga and I can now not only get out of bed and touch my toes first thing in the morning and I now live my life 99% pain free and still improving everyday. I used to take pain killers just to get out of bed and I now live medication free!
I am living proof of the benefits yoga can have on the physical body and once I discovered its power I just had to deep dive into yoga and learn as much as I could to be able to share this with the world.
Rob’s specialty:
I have always loved a challenge so I love to get a sweat up and build strength and mobility of both the body and mind through my vinyasa flows. However, in recent times I have come to love the inner works and restoration of the mind and body in a slower restorative and Yin style class.
What does self-care mean to Rob?
Daily commitment to improving yourself. Discipline is the highest form of self love.

Celeste Stephens
Yoga Teacher

Some words from Celeste:
For me, yoga opened a world of movement that surpassed the physical aspect for a holistic, mind and body connection. I have never experienced another type of movement that leaves you feeling so connected to your inner self.
Celestes’ Specialty:
My speciality is combining yoga with strength and mobility. Over the years my individual practice has often experienced these things as separate; however I have had the greatest improvements, both physically and mentally when I began to combine them in a holistic practice.
What does self-care mean to Celeste?
Self care is about maintaining equilibrium in mind and body. The best way I have experienced this is about being radically protective about your inner core values and being able to set appropriate boundaries around what you need. Having a consistent movement practice has contributed to my positive sense of self and wellbeing.
Three things you may not know about Celeste:
- I have Italian heritage (fathers side)
- I competed nationally/internationally in swimming growing up
- I have a degree in fashion design

Dani Kelly
Yoga Teacher

Some words from Dani:
I initially fell in love with hot yoga, enjoying the gentle cardiovascular workout that didn't hurt my joints but instead made my body feel good! As I grew in my yoga practice, I also started to realise the mental benefits. As a generally busy person, it was so good to just slow down, and yoga provides that mental reset that I believe we all need.
Dani’s Specialty:
I really appreciate the slower more mindful flows, and my favourite practice is a restorative one. I love the space a yin or restorative practice creates, both physically and mentally. I have also completed my pre and post natal teacher training, and I have experienced first hand how beneficial yoga can be for mums to be and new mums.
What does self-care mean to Dani?
Creating space to be and feel.
Three things you may not know about Dani:
- I don't like cheesecake
- I am an ESL and Biology teacher
- I love travelling to new places and hope to go abroad again once the kids are a bit older

Some words from Jess:
I chose meditation to help others find themselves and their peace within to help them align to their highest self.
Jess’ specialty:
Meditation is my specialty because it helps me and it helps others. It's what I love to do.
What does self-care mean to Jess?
Self care to me isn't just about getting your hair done or taken long baths or facials it’s the feeling you get from all of those things, the feeling you get about yourself in those moments you take the time to love yourself, even the moments you are crying so upset or sad, the moments you feel like you can't get up off the floor and then you do. That's self care and that's love for yourself.
Three things you may not know about Jess:
- I love to find the calm in the chaos
- Im supportive of other people and find strength in helping people become themselves
- I give my all into everything no matter what it is

Kate Jones
Yoga Teacher

Some words from Kate:
Yoga is an amazing source of calmness and grounding in an otherwise chaotic life. It has helped to heal and strengthen the connection between mind, body and spirit in many ways. I am honoured to share this as a teacher as I continue on my own lifelong learning journey.
Kates’ specialty:
I am early in my yoga teaching journey and mainly teach Vinyasa flow and Power classes. I teach with an emphasis on reconnecting to the physical body. I like to bring attention to alignment as it is so important for injury prevention and improving posture.
What does self care mean to Kate?
Self-care for me often involves getting out of my comfort zone to do things that I enjoy.
Three things you may not know about Kate:
- I love being outside! It makes me feel more grounded to be in nature and connected with the people around me. Yoga is a way of experiencing that connection in an indoor space as well as a tool for deepening the connection when I'm in the outdoors.
- Passionate about all things food! If I'm not outside, I am probably in the kitchen baking sourdough bread or experimenting with something.
- Fun fact; I rarely meet a person with larger hands than me!
