Healing from the heart
A grief support journey for women navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss or infertility grief. Sponsored by Karratha Women’s Place & SCJV.
You do not need to carry this alone.
There are some losses that change us forever. Losses that are difficult to explain, difficult to process and often difficult for others to understand.
Healing From The Heart is a gentle 6-session journey designed to provide a safe and supportive space for women navigating the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss or infertility.
Through guided breathwork, connection and shared experience, we come together to honour our stories, tend to our hearts and remember that healing does not have to happen in isolation.

What begins to shift
You stop feeling like everything is happening to you
And start realisingβ¦you can BE with it
without being consumed by it
You begin to hold yourself
in the moments you used to abandon yourself
And something softens
Not because life gets easier
But because you expand enough to meet it
We travel as a pod
Healing happens in relationship, in connection and in spaces where we feel safe enough to be seen. This work is done in small, intentional groups
We move together
We open together
We integrate together
We rise together
