Discover the freedom of embodied dance ~ a movement practice that invites you to step out of your mind and into the natural rhythm of your body. This experience requires no performance skills or dance background. Guided by music and intuitive movement, you’ll explore how energy flows through your body in the ways that feel most honest and alive for you.
With eyes mostly closed, the space becomes an intimate, personal journey ~ a chance to release self-judgment, soften inner narratives, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through intuitive movement, you’re invited to shed layers of conditioning and rediscover self-compassion, presence, and embodied truth.
For women, this practice offers a path to nervous system regulation, grounding, deep emotional release, and renewed vitality. Join us to nurture your body-mind connection and return to a sense of ease, flow and inner freedom.
What to expect
We’ll begin together in an opening circle to land in the space and set intention, before moving into a one-hour journey of intuitive dance accompanied by music tuned to support emotional release, nervous system balance, and deep internal connection.
To close, we gather again for a gentle closing ceremony with chai, and an optional sharing circle for anyone who feels called to express or integrate through voice.
Expect presence, freedom, and deep inner connection ~ held in a safe and sacred container.
What to bring & wear
💫Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement
💫Water bottle
💫Optional: journal & pen
About your Facilitator
Jess has been on a deep journey of self-discovery over the past six years, exploring her truth, purpose, and inner power. Dance has been a lifelong love, once seen only as performance ~ until Jess discovered expressive embodied dance four years ago and learned the freedom of moving without self-criticism or control.
Through this practice she has experienced profound healing: releasing body judgment, regulating her nervous system, accessing emotional release, and reconnecting with intuition. Jess is deeply passionate about holding space for women to step out of their heads, release the pressure to perform, and rediscover the wisdom, aliveness and love already living inside their bodies.
