6/6 Heart & Sound Initiation

Saturday 6th June | 6pm – 8pm
6/20 Hedland Place, Karratha – Ora Wellness Co.

A sacred evening of sound, resonance, nervous system softening, and heart remembrance.

An invitation…

You are warmly invited into a sacred evening of sound, resonance, nervous system softening, and heart remembrance.

There comes a point in the healing journey where pushing harder no longer works.

Where more information does not create more peace.

Where transcending the body is no longer the answer.

The body does not open through force.
The heart does not open through pressure.

It opens through safety.

On the 6/6 portal, we gather together for an evening devoted to sound, resonance, heart coherence, and returning home to the body.

This is not a space to perform healing.
This is not about becoming someone else.
This is not about escaping the human experience.

This is about allowing the nervous system to soften enough for the heart to gently open.

Through sound, breath, frequency, stillness, and presence, we create a space where the body can exhale.
A space where you no longer need to hold everything together. A space to soften. A space to remember yourself again.

This Ceremony Includes

Throughout the evening, you will be guided through a deeply restorative and immersive experience including:

→ Heart-opening meditation journey
→ Sound bath & frequency immersion
→ Breath & body connection
→ Nervous system softening practices
→ Inner heart / higher heart activation
→ Vocal resonance & sound healing
→ Sacred stillness & integration
→ Space to soften, receive, and reconnect

This experience is intentionally designed to support the body in moving out of survival mode and into deeper coherence, safety, and openness.

This activation is for you if you feel called to:

• You feel emotionally exhausted from constantly holding, pushing, or overthinking
• You desire deeper connection to your heart and body
• You have been craving softness, stillness, and nervous system regulation
• You struggle to fully relax, receive, or let yourself soften
• You feel disconnected from your voice, emotions, or inner self
• You are moving through a period of emotional release, transition, or remembrance
• You want to experience healing in a gentler, more embodied way

No prior experience with energy work, sound healing, or ceremony is required.

The Energy of 6/6

The frequency of 6 carries the energy of:
✧ harmony
✧ the heart
✧ devotion
✧ emotional healing
✧ sacred union
✧ softness
✧ beauty
✧ nervous system restoration

This portal is not about intensity. It is about resonance. It is about allowing the body to feel safe enough to open.

A final invitation

You do not need to force yourself open.

You do not need to become someone else to be worthy of love, connection, or peace.

Sometimes the deepest healing happens when the body finally feels safe enough to soften.

This is your invitation to slow down. To receive. To breathe. To remember.

We look forward to sharing this sacred evening with you.

Your Facilitator

Nina Welz

Nina’s journey into healing began with a profound spiritual awakening in 2012 that reshaped the course of her life and became the catalyst for her work today. What followed was a deep calling into inner exploration, intuition, and service.

Her offerings weave together breathwork, meditation, lightbody activations, heart-opening practices, hypnosis and past-life regression, alongside inner child and shadow work. She is also a trained meditation teacher and supports the development of emerging facilitators through Energetic Transformation Coaching.

At the core of Nina’s work is self-love through courage — the willingness to face uncomfortable truths, expand beyond comfort, and follow the guidance of the soul. Her spaces are intentional, expansive, and deeply transformative.

I hadn't done much yoga prior to attending this studio but the atmosphere was very inviting & informative on the teachers part. I have done a couple different classes at Ora now & I want to make it a regular thing as I feel like it’s a good way to check in with my body especially incorporating it with my weight training. I work FIFO, 4-5 week swings so Im often fatigued but this is a way of giving back to myself & it helps my sleep. Would love to do a breath work class or one of the special events they have. Highly recommend. 100%

I was visiting Karratha and I was encouraged to visit the Ora Wellness Centre for Yoga. I attended a Saturday morning class with Tayla and the Sunday Yin and Sound class with Tayla and Danni. I found that Tayla and Danni were extremely welcoming considering that I was joining the classes at short notice. Both Yoga sessions were well presented and provided a safe and motivating environment to work through a great range of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation activities. Many thanks

I have been doing restorative yoga every week on Wednesday night with Taylor for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it, it’s such a perfect reset for myself to do in the middle of the week, it gives me a chance to reflect on the week I have had but also realign myself both physically and mentally for the rest of the week to come, Taylor makes every class unique, from if it’s a different quote that she reads or an extra little exercise she will add to the practice, I always look forward to what unique session I will have with her. In regards to the studio itself it is beautiful and very welcoming, I have kept an eye on the many different events they organise throughout the year and I am very keen on delving deeper. I think if you after adding a new experience to your routine ora wellness is definitely something you should consider, it may not be something like one of the events they organise but just starting small with yoga, in saying that I would also recommend to try every type of yoga they facilitate as yoga has so many different variations, I have tried so many different forms and thought it wasn’t for me until I found restorative yoga, there is something truly magical about about it.
