Some words from Harlee:
Breathwork was the absolute game changer for me. This was the first time in my life where I was forced to take a long hard look at myself and face the person I was. And quite frankly, I was far from loving the person looking back. This led me on a journey of self discovery and accountability. I'm here today, sharing this medicine with anyone seeking serious changes within themselves and their lives.
Harlees’ specialty:
A combination of somatic breathwork and alignment techniques is my core focus. This is where I’m most passionate about effectively making radical changes in people’s lives.
What does self care mean to Harlee?
Self care for me is creating a daily devotional practice only for you. Creating so much spaciousness for yourself that it begins to feel stretchy... Then creating even MORE space for yourself. I believe the more we give to ourselves, the more we can give to others and other things in our life.
Three things you may not know about Harlee:
- I became a Mum at 17
- I have 16 siblings - 8 of us from the same parents!
- I am WA born

Some words from Rob:
Yoga has completely transformed my life. I have lived in severe pain and discomfort for many years with old injuries from work and sport that doctors have told me I will live with for the rest of my life. At one point I could barely get out of bed. Then I found yoga and I can now not only get out of bed and touch my toes first thing in the morning and I now live my life 99% pain free and still improving everyday. I used to take pain killers just to get out of bed and I now live medication free!
I am living proof of the benefits yoga can have on the physical body and once I discovered its power I just had to deep dive into yoga and learn as much as I could to be able to share this with the world.
Rob’s specialty:
I have always loved a challenge so I love to get a sweat up and build strength and mobility of both the body and mind through my vinyasa flows. However, in recent times I have come to love the inner works and restoration of the mind and body in a slower restorative and Yin style class.
What does self-care mean to Rob?
Daily commitment to improving yourself. Discipline is the highest form of self love.

NAGISA SAITO

Some words from NAGISA:
found yoga at a time in my life when I had lost confidence in myself and was constantly looking outside of myself for answers.
Through slowing down and gently noticing my breath, body and sensations, I gradually learned to listen to my inner voice and rebuild trust in myself.
Yoga has become much more than a physical practice for me. It is a way of caring for my body and mind, and a way of discovering who I am and how I truly want to live.
Yoga reminds me that the answers we are looking for are often already within us.
NAGISAS’ specialty:
My specialty is mindful, embodied movement that invites people to turn their awareness inward and tune in to the subtle sensations within their bodies.
Rather than focusing on how a posture looks, I encourage students to notice how it feels from within:
What feels good? What feels comfortable? What is my body telling me right now?
I believe that becoming more aware of our bodies helps us recognise what we truly need and respond to ourselves with greater trust and kindness.
What does self-care mean to NAGISA?
Self-care means listening to myself honestly and responding to what I actually need.
It is learning to move from doing to feeling, and from effort to ease.
Sometimes it means making an effort, and sometimes it means allowing myself to stop trying.
Most importantly, it means trusting myself enough to listen.
Three things you may not know about NAGISA:
- I have a serious love for chai.
- I’m happiest near the ocean or surrounded by nature.
- I sometimes talk to different parts of my body during yoga.

Jacqui Hunt
Yoga Teacher
Some words from
Jacqui:
The yoga practice found me at a time I most needed it. My first practice was offered as an alternative
mental health treatment after years of conventional methods and still feeling stuck. One practice was all it
took for one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life and I have dedicated my life to it since.
I am also a holistic counsellor and I love to blend the modalities of movement, philosophy and thereupetic
understanding to offer clients a deep experience of healing, insight, compassionate support and
empowerment through movement.
Jacquis’ specialty:
Like a warm hug. Deeply loving, inclusive, challenging (in a good way) and therapeutic. And funny! I like to
play.
What does self-care mean to Jacqui?
Movement, rest and time in solitude. Practicing what I preach, and also acknowledging my limitations to
manage that every single day with compassion.
Three things you may not know about Jacqui:
- I have lived on the Gold Coast for the last decade and followed a strong gut impulse to move to Karratha.
- I have the most childish sense of humour ever and never want to grow up. When I need to shift my mood
- I put on really loud music and dance until I feel better.

Some words from Celeste:
For me, yoga opened a world of movement that surpassed the physical aspect for a holistic, mind and body connection. I have never experienced another type of movement that leaves you feeling so connected to your inner self.
Celestes’ Specialty:
My speciality is combining yoga with strength and mobility. Over the years my individual practice has often experienced these things as separate; however I have had the greatest improvements, both physically and mentally when I began to combine them in a holistic practice.
What does self-care mean to Celeste?
Self care is about maintaining equilibrium in mind and body. The best way I have experienced this is about being radically protective about your inner core values and being able to set appropriate boundaries around what you need. Having a consistent movement practice has contributed to my positive sense of self and wellbeing.
Three things you may not know about Celeste:
- I have Italian heritage (fathers side)
- I competed nationally/internationally in swimming growing up
- I have a degree in fashion design
